Our Insurance Customer Service role might be a new career for you, but don't worry - we have a well-structured six-month training program that will provide you with all the knowledge and skills you need. The program is fully paid and covers training materials, classroom discussions, hands-on training, e-learning modules, and instructor-led guidance. We'll also cover all licensing costs.

Our in-office development program offers the training and support you need to become an independent and proactive member of our team. After six months, you'll have the opportunity to work from home two days a week, with the exact schedule decided by you and your manager.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to join our team in our Tampa, FL office for future insurance customer service opportunities in 2023. Work schedules may vary, including weekends, and new training classes start every month. Military veterans and spouses are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do:

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and other contacts from members to assist with Property & Casualty insurance products.
  • Provide quotes, policy information, billing assistance, and coverage advice.
  • Understand and meet member needs while providing complete and accurate solutions.
  • Utilize available tools and resources to support members.
  • Navigate multiple systems and maintain engaging member interactions.
  • Maintain necessary licenses and registrations as required.
  • Identify and manage risks associated with the job and business activities.

What You Have:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively assist members over the phone and email.
  • Ability to obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) licenses and state registrations within 90 days of hire.

What Sets You Apart:

  • 1 year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales environment.
  • Military service experience or being a military spouse/domestic partner.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced contact center.
  • 6 months of experience frequently communicating with customers.

Compensation: Your salary will be based on your experience and market data, within a salary range of $45,008 - $47,433.
