We offer a comprehensive and fully paid six-month training program that includes all the necessary materials, class discussions, hands-on training, e-learning modules, and instructor-led guidance. You'll gain the knowledge and skills needed to independently support our members. Our in-office development program ensures you receive the necessary training on USAA products and encourages you to develop a proactive and independent support style. After six months, you'll even have the option to work from home two days a week. The Opportunity We are currently seeking dedicated Property & Casualty (P&C) active producer/agents with an ACTIVE P&C producer agent license to work in our Phoenix office. We have new training classes starting every month, and we highly encourage military veterans and spouses to apply. Work schedules may be varied and could include some weekends. As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll provide customer service, sales, and retention activities for our Property & Casualty personal line products. You'll interact with our members through multiple contact channels, such as phone calls, emails, chat, and social media. Your role is to ensure our members have adequate coverage and provide advice to help secure their financial well-being. What You'll Do: - Answer phone calls, emails, and other member requests to facilitate a positive member experience. - Utilize your developing knowledge of personal lines insurance to assist members with quotes, policy changes, underwriting, billing, and coverage provision. - Understand member needs and provide accurate advice and solutions, including products and services. - Use available tools and resources to support members. - Operate effectively in a contact center environment while maintaining engaging member interactions across multiple channels. - Maintain required Property & Casualty (P&C) licenses and state registrations. - Identify and handle both existing and emerging risks associated with business activities and your job role. - Follow written risk and compliance policies and procedures. What You Have: - High School Diploma or equivalent. - 1 year of customer service experience in insurance, financial services, or relevant direct customer service and sales. - Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and navigate multiple business applications. What Sets You Apart: - Current active personal lines or property and casualty license in your current state of residence or state of hire. - US military experience through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner. - Prior experience in a fast-paced contact center environment.
