The Opportunity

We are currently seeking dedicated professionals for future insurance customer service opportunities in Tampa, FL. Work schedules may include weekends, and we offer new training classes every month. All individuals, especially military veterans and spouses, are highly encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do:

  • Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and other contacts to assist members with insurance needs.
  • Provide personalized advice on insurance products and services.
  • Effectively interact with members across multiple communication channels.
  • Maintain required licenses and registrations.
  • Identify and handle risks associated with business activities.
  • Follow risk and compliance policies and procedures.

What You Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Effective communication skills to assist members by phone and email.
  • Ability to obtain necessary licenses and registrations within 90 days of hire.

What Sets You Apart:

  • At least one year of customer contact experience in a sales environment.
  • Prior US military experience or military spouse/domestic partner status.
  • Experience in a fast-paced contact center environment.
  • Previous experience communicating with customers frequently.
