The Opportunity We are currently seeking dedicated customer service professionals to work at our Phoenix office. We welcome military veterans, spouses, and individuals from all backgrounds to apply. Our Insurance Customer Service Representatives provide customer service, sales, and retention activities for USAA's Property & Casualty personal line products. You will interact with members through various channels to ensure their financial security. What You'll Do: - Assist members by answering phone calls, emails, and other requests. - Apply your knowledge of personal lines insurance to provide quotes, policy changes, and coverage advice. - Understand and address member needs, providing accurate advice and solutions. - Use available tools and resources to support members. - Operate effectively in a contact center environment and navigate multiple systems. - Maintain required licenses and registrations. What You Have: - High School Diploma or GED equivalent. - Strong communication skills to process information related to insurance products. - Willingness to obtain the Property & Casualty (P&C) license before hire. - Ability to complete state registrations within 90 days of hire. What Sets You Apart: - 1 year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales environment. - US military experience or a military spouse/domestic partner. - Prior experience in a fast-paced contact center environment.
