Job Overview:

Project Manager - Coffee Supply Chain

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and optimize our coffee supply chain. As a Project Manager, you will work with internal and external partners to ensure successful coordination and alignment of project scope and timeline. Your role will contribute to building a resilient, productive, and customer-oriented supply chain.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to integrate innovation, procurement, engineering, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing objectives
  • Foster an innovative culture within the supply chain
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to drive cost savings and continuous improvement
  • Introduce and implement best practices for project management
  • Drive ideation for new initiatives
  • Manage projects, including identifying and resolving issues
  • Stay informed about the latest technologies and methodologies
  • Analyze spend data and prioritize sourcing-related analyses
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and develop project timelines
  • Manage supply chain planning activities for assigned projects
  • Communicate project requirements and strategies
  • Track project execution and measure impact
  • Identify and resolve supply chain-related issues
  • Foster a positive team environment
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, Business Management, or Marketing
  • MBA preferred but not required
  • Proven track record in driving process excellence
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Willingness to travel 25-30% of the time
