Main Responsibilities:- Maintaining and ensuring the safety of vehicles for our customers
- Using Penske's tools and technologies for logging, researching, and completing repairs, including basic vehicle diagnostics
- Performing preventative maintenance repairs such as tire replacement or rotation, vehicle component lubrication, replacement of cooling systems, and some electrical system repairs on gas and diesel engine vehicles
- Learning new skills through Penske's technician training program and hands-on coaching from your manager
- Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by your supervisor

- High school diploma or equivalent (vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred)
- Basic mechanical aptitude and 1-2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- Problem-solving skills and comfort using tools

- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential
- Willingness to work required schedules, at specific locations, and undergo background checks, drug screenings, and physical examinations as required by the Department of Transportation. Occasional travel for training may be required
