What You Will Be Doing: - Install, maintain, and support applications and major IT system components and subsystems. - Promote software upgrades according to a schedule and provide follow-up environment support and issue troubleshooting as needed. - Implement and configure CI/CD tools for our team's use in delivering changes. - Manage software delivery and upgrade processes across many systems, while resolving technical and process conflicts. - Work closely with other FIS teams to solve technical issues and meet customer deliverables. What You Bring: - 3 to 6 Years of IT Experience with DevOps. - Good Experience in Bamboo, Jenkins CI/CD Pipeline, Deployment, Docker, Kubernetes, and Application Server (Weblogic, Tomcat, Tuxedo). - Proficient analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve problems creatively. - Demonstrable knowledge of change and release management principles, procedures, and techniques (SDLC, ITIL, CI/CD, DevOps, etc). - Experience in Operating Systems: Linux/Unix/Windows; Microservice Architecture: Docker; Version/Artifact control systems: Perforce/Git/Artifactory. - Experience in Automation applications: Jenkins; Atlassian Suite: JIRA/Bitbucket/etc; Container platforms: Kubernetes. Qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. Competencies: - Fluent in English. - Excellent communicator – ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion. - Attention to detail – track record of authoring high-quality documentation. - Organized approach – manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements. - Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team.
