We have an exciting job opportunity available as a Reporting and Insight Executive. This role is based in our newly renovated head office in Thame. If you have experience in a data-led role and enjoy understanding trends and pulling out insights, we would love to hear from you!

This job offers a salary of up to £35,000 per year pro rata, depending on experience. In addition, we provide Bupa healthcare, a generous holiday allowance, and hybrid working options. You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The Reporting and Insights Executive is part of our Business Insights and Reporting teams. In this role, you will provide reporting solutions and outputs to both internal and external stakeholders. These solutions drive performance, efficiency, and effectiveness within our business. You will also work to optimize the use of available systems and technology in each client solution, identifying opportunities to add value for our clients.

You will collaborate with our Account Management and Operations teams, playing an integral part in our plans for growth and development. You will report to the Reporting and Insight Manager.

Skills we are looking for:

• Knowledge and experience of SQL
• Proficiency in using business intelligence tools such as Power BI or equivalent
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Knowledge of database and reporting systems
• Experience in manipulating data from various sources and relating it to market trends and intelligence
• Supportive of change in a fast-moving environment, with a positive and can-do attitude
