A Brief Overview
The Client Services Representative I provides excellent customer service to Belron clients and internal departments. This role involves receiving and resolving client complaints, handling correspondence, and assisting clients with various issues. It's the first level of a multi-level career development series, giving you the experience for advancement.

What you will do

  • Receive and respond to daily mail, email, and faxes from assigned insurance clients to resolve various issues

  • Research basic pricing and insured information, initiate outgoing correspondence to expedite collection of past due invoices, and document actions and conversations

  • Regularly check the status of assigned client payments, notifying appropriate internal departments when payment is received to initiate voucher release and payment to affiliate shops

  • Process and submit check requests for client refunds as necessary, seeking appropriate approval and submitting to accounts payable

  • Perform basic clerical tasks for clients such as faxing, copying, and emailing, and assist the Cash Application Department with researching unidentified client payments

  • Other duties as assigned by management


Education Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required

Experience Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of office experience, preferably in an insurance-related field

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
