• One year of experience supporting decision-making in marketing, product management, or a general business role (for mid-level position)
• Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop new ideas and solutions
• Exceptional customer service skills and sense of urgency
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
