Delivery Drivers play a vital role in keeping Aaron's moving forward. This job is far from boring office work. As a part of our team, you'll be involved in various tasks such as driving, installing, and demonstrating how to use our merchandise. Since this position is store-based, you might also be asked to assist in moving, installing, and picking up merchandise. Every day will be different, but you'll have the chance to connect with many diverse and wonderful people in our community.

What you need:
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of electronics
- A genuine desire to help customers
What you'll do:
- Load, secure, and protect merchandise
- Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle
- Assist in the store when needed
Additional requirements:
- Minimum age: 21 (18 in Canada)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance and 300 lbs. with the use of a dolly (don't worry, we'll provide training and equipment for safe lifting)
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions, including rain or sun
- A valid driver's license, but not necessarily a CDL
- No overnight travel required
Please note that this is an hourly wage position and the average pay mentioned includes both base wages and incentive compensation over a twelve-month period. Your actual pay may vary depending on your specific circumstances and performance.
