About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Payments business team. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers and other analysts to improve our regulatory products and enhance the onboarding process for hotels, airline partners, and travelers. This is a cutting-edge field that combines advanced analytics, machine learning, and customer-centricity to automate and streamline the customer experience. Your insights and observations will drive business improvements and shape product decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Product Managers to generate hypotheses for product performance
  • Create and analyze performance KPIs to measure the effectiveness of verification channels
  • Perform exploratory analysis to challenge assumptions and support business decisions
  • Collaborate with data engineers to improve measurement of product performance
  • Automate reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate information
  • Support the team with ad hoc analytical requests

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate technical information and insights to non-technical audiences
  • Experience with data visualization software like Power BI or Tableau
  • Understanding of statistical hypothesis testing concepts
  • Proficiency in SQL, Pyspark, Python, or R
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and prioritization abilities
  • Experience with KYC regulations and data analytics in that domain is a plus
  • Previous experience in an ecommerce organization is a plus
