We are creating two new teams in Poznan, Poland, dedicated to providing high-quality customer service. You will be working alongside experienced colleagues in existing locations in California, Florida, and Poland. Join us and gain knowledge through training to assist our U.S. shareholders in achieving their investment goals, big or small. About the Team: Our Investor Services Poznań department offers financial services to prominent companies in the U.S. capital market sector. The Customer Service team provides world-class service to our shareholders and financial professionals through various channels. We value demonstrating core values in every interaction: phone, chat, correspondence, and digital services. Our team provides information to the company's existing customers on their chosen investment products. What You Will Be Doing: As part of the new team, you will be responsible for providing direct phone service for mutual fund clients. Your daily tasks will include: - Responding to routine to complex customer inquiries via phone - Determining customer concerns and offering solutions based on provided information - Using multiple applications and technological solutions - Participating in team-based activities, such as meetings and projects - Thinking creatively to improve workflows and tools What You Bring: We are looking for motivated individuals who are open to learning. You should demonstrate a client-oriented attitude, enjoy developing new skills, helping others, and improving workflows and tools. Other requirements include: - High proficiency in spoken English and effective communication with U.S. customers. - Good communication skills in assisting customers via phone, finding solutions, and handling complaints. - Kindness, tact, and openness to customer needs. - Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems and tools. - Ability to interpret and follow complex instructions and adhere to schedules. - Ability to work effectively, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems independently. - Availability to work U.S. market hours in a full-time manner (Mon-Fri, 2:30PM - 11PM CET/ 5:30 PM-02:00 AM), with a 30-minute break. Financial knowledge is not required, but an interest in capital markets and American culture is a plus. We provide full training in our procedures, conducted by our experienced Training Team.
