About the team 

We are part of global BPS team specializing in Middle to Back Office functional services across asset classes i.e., traditional and alternatives. Team has expertise in daily processes for Syndicate Loans, CDO, CLO, Private Equity and so on.

What you will be doing 

This position is for CDO / CLO teams. Team provides clients with a suite of services that include specialized services throughout the entities’ collateral (CLO) lifecycle. You will be responsible for processing and review, working on multiple processes with critical deliverables, also participating in transition of business from global location to Pune, Open to work in shifts to cover client requirements.

What you bring: 

Knowledge / Experience

Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in Accounting, Finance, Reconciliation

Strong understanding of financial products like Bonds, Mutual Funds, Derivatives, Equities, MBS.

Hands on experience of CDO and CLOs.

Hands on experience of

Prepares daily reconciliation of cash transactions

Prepares daily/weekly reconciliation of portfolio assets and data attributes

Manages large volumes of transactions and monitors account balances

Actively researches discrepancies

Liaison with counterparts to ensure accuracy of transaction flow and follows up on outstanding issues

Processes and reconciles data in various systems

Works closely with others to resolve issues effectively and timely

Prepares various reports needed by internal employees and handles requests relating to deal management

Prepares deal hypotheticals, as needed

Prepare monthly and quarterly client financial statements and reports

Generate GAAP reporting for CLO deals

Record general ledger (GL) journal entries, prepare cash flow account reconciliations, and generate income and balance statements

Examine client financials and resolve accounting discrepancies

Guarantee quality service levels, perform daily servicing activities, ensuring timeliness and accuracy

Analyze financial data flow through different systems and internal products

Assists with account administration functions to ensure client satisfaction.

Other duties as assigned by Management

Skills

Highly proficient with Microsoft software

Advanced Excel skills required

Basic Bloomberg knowledge desired

Basic knowledge of securities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required
