About Team You will be part of order to cash vertical comprising various AR operations like Billing- Software Licence and maintenance, Data processing, billing support functions, customer MDM, Contract Valuation and Terminations, AR collection and Customer Service representative What you will be doing This position is for contract analyst with a defined role in reviewing and setting up customer contracts into billing system, ensuring accurate monthly recurring billing and credit operation. CA will also be responsible for assisting with queries and quotes to sales and assist CSR team with customer billing queries What you bring: Extensive experience in License & Support and professional InvoicingExposure in client terminationsAbility to meet all targets as per month close calendar to ensure the billing completed timelyAbility to process credit memo requests from business units as per established workflow and approval limits.Knowledge of Contracts and concepts like Credit Notes, Re-bill Skills Strong Accounting Knowledge — Billing operations, Accounts Receivable, Revenue AccountingGood Communication Skills — Written and VerbalStrong desktop computing skills — PowerPoint, Visio and ExcelAbility to understand and resolve queries from business units and collectionsAbility to corelate figures, do analysis, and make relevant commentsBasic knowledge of reserve provisions and revenue accounting Qualifications Graduate/Post Graduate in Finance/Commerce0-3 years' experience in billing operations Competencies A good team playerExperience of working with global/other teamsDetail oriented and regard for timelinessHigh regard for deadlines and deliverablesOwning the work assigned to ensure it completeness without compromising timeliness or accuracy.
