Job Description
As a provider of multi-disciplined technical services to the built environment, Atkins is committed to design excellence in the delivery of first class solutions which combine, innovation imagination and best practice. 
We require a Land Surveyor to work independently and as part of team to provide plan and elevation data in all forms of Land Survey Management. 


Requirements
 
•    Surveying degree or HND with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience 
•    Basic surveying maths ability 
•    Can process topographic survey to CAD stage 
•    Able to use basic AutoCAD to edit surveys 
•    Knowledge of principles of GPS processing 
•    Knowledge of Road Maintenance Construction essential 
•    General knowledge of all aspects of land survey measurement 
•    Computer literate - competent in Microsoft package 
•    Able to prepare written reports for projects 
•    Valid KSA driving licence 
•    Should be committed to working towards membership of a professional body such as ICES or RICS


Responsibilities
•    Surveying work for topographic, utilities, toads, buildings, railways, tunnels, rivers & coastals 
•    Responsible for all survey work carried out on a day to day basis and ensuring that results are accurate and adhere to QA procedure 
•    Conducting proof surveys  
•    Field completion/verification 
•    Tunnels/underground 
•    Computer processing of data to CAD stage 
•    Reporting 
•    Adherence to QA procedures
