Job Title: Commercial Specialist

Job Type: Full-time

Location: NEOM, Saudi Arabia

 

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Review and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting costs.

- Develop project pricing and estimates.

- Analyze project data and financial reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.

- Manage project risk and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Provide support to the business development team in the bidding process.

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Knowledge of Excel and other financial software.

- Experience with project management software, such as Primavera or Microsoft Project, is a plus.
