Manual & Automation Testing

Required Experience Level – 6-9 Years

Work Location – Pune

Primary Skill –

• Manual Testing
• Sound exposure in Selenium Testing
• Writing SQL Queries

About Team & Product/Project Details:

• Need QA for Energy suite of products.
• We are niche product catering to energy companies for energy trading, tracking operations for natural gas, power, lng.

What you will be doing:

• Work with the testing team globally for the preparation of test plans & testing of software products.
• Work with the cross-functional teams in understanding new features & prioritizing testing activities.
• Ensure high quality & accuracy in maintained through to software release.
• Plan co-ordinate & execute the testing work.
• Create, write and maintain Test Scripts and Plans based upon a defined Test Strategy.
• Work closely with Development, Product and Project management team(s)
• Determine manual / automated testing scope.
• Identify, plan and setup Test environments and relevant applications on the test environment
• Define & follow strong documentation ethics
• Maintain products operations/functional knowledge base.          

What you bring:

• Industry QA experience up to 6+ years. (Automation/Manual)
• Understand Web Applications, XML, write simple SQL or PL/SQL queries for the DB.
• Build & enhance regression test suite.

Added bonus if you have:

•  Exposure to JIRA tool and SCRUM methodologies is highly preferred.
