Qualifications

  • Ten or more years of experience in the role or similar position, preferably in the  management of architecture, design, or construction company.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
  • Understanding of advanced business planning and delivery issues.
  • Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.
  • Demonstrated experience of ethical leadership.
  • Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels
  • International education experience is required and a graduate degree in business or operations is highly preferred.
