Job Description

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering with 7 years experience in 

leadership role in civil and related infrastructure works of large colony / 

Multi storied apartments. 

Potential Candidate should have extensive hands-on experiences as 

a QA/QC Engineer experience in Documentation, Quality Control & 

Management and Material Management And Implement 

the QA / QC management system at site in large colony / Multi storied 

apartments. 

Candidate should have ability to coordinate with quality inspector with all the site sub-contractors and vendors, coordinate all non-destructive testing on site distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to side sub-contractors. 

Complete and coordinate the approval of the site QC technical submittals. 

Coordinate with all site construction manager on all quality issues Coordinate & chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the project sub-contractors QC personnel.

Should be well versed with ISO 9001. 

Candidates with Client/PMC background preferred. 

Have carried out construction work for at least one project, meeting 

international safety standards. 

Sound knowledge of Quality tests, Quality monitoring equipments, BIS 

standards. 

Sound knowledge in availability of various quality of materials available in market. 

Experience in quality assurance and quality control for housing and related infrastructure works.

Salary: INR 6,00,000 - 9,00,000 P.A
