Job Description

Ensuring availability and use of all Operational support systems (OSS) within the governing SLAs by:

 ensuring successful implementation of all operational support systems;

 provide access to OSS users;

 assist evaluation of user needs and system functionality;

 perform scheduling of upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems; 

 evaluating change requests;

amongst others

Qualifications

1. Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology

2. Minimum Certification in some of the business support systems in the organisation

3. CCNA, MCP, MCSE added advantage. 

4. At least ITIL (v2) Practitioner level
