We are a diverse and growing team of 50 people, currently delivering in-house immigration across Europe. We would be looking for you to ensure that our talents and clients have a wow relocation experience by making immigration and relocation processes as smooth and seamless as possible.

The best way to do that is by making the hardest part of relocating to another country – immigration – ridiculously easy. 

We help clients like N26, Pipedrive, and Travelperk to relocate people to 30+ countries and are backed by some of the best investors in the world including Union Square Ventures, Inventure, Karma VC, Swiss Post Ventures, et al.

Your responsibility areas:

• Provide relocation related assessments and consultations for both clients, talents and colleagues. 

• Participate in sales meetings/conferences/company meetings, providing your immigration and relocation expertise to them.

• Train your colleagues with relocation related topics and assessments.

• Support your colleagues and the team in escalations and other situations that may arise as needed. Own improvement process to decrease the amount of possible escalations.

• Manage relocation cases as with high quality  in each moment depending on the profile of the talent, company or individual.

• Coordinate translations and any other services with our providers. Seek and close a provider when needed, with assistance from the Manager. Seek for opportunities to provide services in house and better rates.

• Seek and execute opportunities to consistently reduce COSG in the company. 

• Build and maintain relocation and immigration processes, workflows and guidelines.

• Update and keep up to date with our platform.

• Support the Global Mobility Team with the adequate tasks that they need help with

• All above is not limited to the assigned market of work. Experts should be able to contribute, educate and demonstrate all tasks listed above on a Global level.

What helps you to succeed in this role:

• Proven experience in providing settle-in services, including housing and temporary accommodation search, appointment scheduling for local registration (empadronamiento), fingerprinting, EU citizen registration certificates, and support with household moves 

• You are a Spanish speaker, but are also a fluent communicator in English. Other languages are a plus

• You are an excellent communicator in person and over written correspondence

• You have a natural ability to connect with foreign talent and empathize with their struggles

• You have project management skills like independence in running your work, are keen to take initiative, are good with strict timelines, and have strong attention to detail

• You are comfortable with working with IT solutions

• You know how to prioritize & focus 

• You are comfortable with working remotely

Desired:

• You have experience in a client-facing position

• You have experience in multicultural and international environments

• You have lived abroad and you understand the challenges that the talents relocating to Spain are facing
