We’re looking for a Product Operations Analyst based in any part of the world. As an integral member of our product operations team, you will ensure a seamless experience for Product development and support teams. At Jobbatical, Product Operations Group is under the main umbrella of Product team which covers, Product design, Product management, Product Quality Assurance, Platform support and customer success functions. You need to be willing and ready to work remotely.

Your responsibility areas:

• Foundation support to Product managers and development teams
• Helping with Product development operations and management with different areas of Product operations
• Customer/Market intelligence
• Operational activities: Automation setups, data reporting with help of data team, integration onboarding and setup for clients
• Gathering and using Client/Talent feedback to identify potential problems/ideas
• Customer issue debugging and responses
   

What helps you to succeed in this role:

• Engineering Graduation (B.Tech)/ Science Graduate with preferable experience working in a fast-paced startup
• 2+ years of experience working in a similar role
• Very comfortable in google sheets, powerpoint 
• Experience in using any of the common database software - SQL/MongoDB    
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Previous product operations and analysis experience (preferred)
• Strong Debugging and Analytical skills to analyze the current implementations
• Good to have knowledge - GAnalytics or other analytics tools, Metabase or other data visualization tools
