We are looking for Global Mobility Expert who would help the Global Mobility Expansion Team to open the market in US and make immigration and relocation process as smooth and seamless for our talents as possible.

You will have the opportunity to:

• design the relocation process for US and customize Jobbatical platform according to the needs
• prepare immigration related documentation and arrange consultants to accompany in-person immigration appointments,
• communicate with partners, clients, talents, Embassies and Government institutions
• provide relocation related consultations for clients and talents
• create relocation processes, workflows and guidelines
• manage immigration and relocation-related projects 
• manage the settle-in services (including partnerships and contractors)
• support your colleagues with immigration-related information preparations

What makes you successful on this position:

• US law degree with specialization in immigration
• work experience and knowledge in immigration to the whole US
• fluent communication in English. Other languages are a plus
• knowledge of prioritising & focusing
• natural ability to connect with foreign talent and empathize with their struggles
• project management skills like independence in running your work, taking initiative, being good with strict timelines and having strong attention to detail
• knowledge of the relocation and settle-in processes is an advantage
• proactiveness and hands-on attitude
• good attention to detail
• trustworthyness
• independency and result-orientedness, while being a strong team player

You’ll be based anywhere in US, preferably on the East Cost. We are a remote-friendly company, so results are important, not where you work from.
