  • Niine 11, 10414 Tallinn, Estonia
  • Full-time

Company Description

As a trusted relocation partner for big tech companies and forward-thinking startups in Estonia, Germany, and Spain, we think beyond borders to help the world to work together. Our semi-remote team consists of 25+ people from 12 nationalities and can be described as a bunch of awesome people.

In our Estonian Global Mobility team, we have in-house combined relocation knowledge of 7+ years and our own relocation platform to handle the immigration cases. We are a forerunner in the relocation field. We lean on our in-house built technical solutions to save time from filling forms and instead focus on being humans in the middle of foreign talents' big life-changing steps of relocation. We would be a perfect fit for each other if you are resourceful and initiative and get excited about the idea of making the hardest part of relocating to another country – immigration – ridiculously easy.

Job Description

In our Global Mobility team, you would be working side by side with our sensational agents helping our amazing clients navigate the world of immigration by providing immigration-related consultation for employers and talent, and helping to ensure a seamless relocation experience for talent moving to Estonia.

We are looking to fill 1 position in our team with an experienced expert.

We are looking for a member to the team with the ability to lead their own client relationships for employers hiring international talent, handle client accounts and manage the relocation cases from all over the world to Estonia. You would be splitting your time between client- and talent facing work.

Our team is looking forward to working with a self-starter. We are constantly looking on how to enhance our processes, review our workflows, redesign our services and reevaluate tools, therefore to fit in at Jobbatical you would need to have a trained change muscle and willingness to work on your own initiative. You would fit right in if you:

  • are  an Estonian speaker, but are also a fluent communicator in English;
  • have demonstrated success in EU and non-EU immigration to Estonia;
  • have experience in a client-facing position;
  • have a natural ability to connect with foreign talent and empathize with their struggles; have conceptual knowledge of the settle-in process;
  • are comfortable working remotely. Remote working experience is a bonus, but if you’ve never worked from home, that’s fine too.
  • have the habit of keeping yourself updated on law changes;
  • have project management skills like independence in running your work, are keen to take initiative, are good with strict timelines, and have strong attention to detail.

With us, you would not be just doing immigration paperwork, but you would be part of the team who reshapes how immigration should be - from partnerships with governments to digital nomad visa.

The position expects you to be based in Estonia, as here is where your clients and talent would be. You are welcomed to work from home or from our office in Kalamaja. As we are a remote-friendly company, we would be happy to find ways for you to spend some time fully remotely, outside of Estonia, if that is what you wish and feel would make you happier.
