Job Description

We are currently looking for our future Chief Sales Officer to complete our Executive Team. You will be directly reporting to the CEO and Co-Founder of JobTeaser while managing a team of roughly 60 sales people throughout our 4 different regions. 

Your key responsibilities would be the following: 

Revenue Growth Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy for upselling existing clients and acquiring new business across our geographies: France / DACH / Nordics / “Rest of Europe” 
  • Establish clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success in revenue generation.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.

 Client Relationship Management:

  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients to identify upselling opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Implement effective client retention strategies to maximize lifetime value.

New Business Development:

  • Drive the acquisition of new business through strategic sales initiatives and market expansion. 

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Streamline and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and technology solutions to support the sales team in achieving their targets.

 Financial Performance:

  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring a positive return on investment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Foster strong communication channels to address cross-functional challenges.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should bring the following requirements: 

  • Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles especially involving complex product selling (ideally in a SaaS environment)
  • Demonstrated experience in scaling revenue in a high-growth environment and familiar with growth problematics / sales machine
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, ability to inspire and motivate a sales team towards achieving ambitious targets
  • Previous management experience involving large teams (+50), an experience with international teams
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to make data-driven decisions, Structured, organized and data driven
  • Empathetic relationship-builder who can quickly understand relevant structures in complex organizations and connect to people at all levels thanks to good communication skills in French and English
  • Industry Knowledge from HR Tech environment is a plus
  • Hands on mentality and self-driven mindset, ambitious and risk taker who aims for the highest possible revenue level while respecting quality of the booking
