Universities are the cornerstone of our business. We provide a tool (Career Center) to Career Services of Schools and Universities where we can match Students looking for a job with Companies looking for young professionals

And as part of our mission to help students find opportunities that make sense, we support career services to better impact their students’ guidance and employability

As EMEA Event & Communication Manager, you will play a key role in the development and animation of our Universities network and create a sense of community

You will report to our Head of B2B Marketing and work in close collaboration with our University team and with the support of the rest of the Marketing

Main missions and objectives

• Organize european events for Career Services (hybrid, online or in person), including format, content, speakers, sponsors, accommodations, registration process and promotion plan

• Coordinate the implementation of local events plan in all our zones in collaboration with the local teams (online or in-person)

• Communicate insights, best practices, testimonials towards our network of universities through different channels and initiative (emailing, community platform, mailing, gifting)

• 5+ years experience in communication and event management

• Fluent in English and French. German or Spanish is a plus

• Owner mindset, always proactive, autonomous and adaptable problem-solver

• Excellent copy-writing and speaking skills

• High-energy and ability to confidently communicate with and influence a diverse team across the company

• A proven track record of managing multiple projects autonomously in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with multicultural teams

• Knowledge on the higher education ecosystem, EdTech or HRTech is a plus

• Experience working in a global company across different zones, with an understanding of how to both maintain consistency of global messaging as well as understanding and applying cultural nuances

• Operational excellence and agility in events management
