As a product manager at JobTeaser you will be responsible for one of our mission teams. This team is focused on our core partners, the universities, with the main objectives to ensure that we meet universities challenges, particularly in terms of visibility and impact on students, and to participate in the extension of our partners network.

Your missions will be to develop your squad's strategy and roadmap to further the company's objectives and vision, and ensure we deliver high quality and timely results, turning our ambitions into reality. 

You will pair with your engineering manager and your designer to ensure we find the best solutions to our users' problems, managing the scope/resources/time triangle to deliver optimal value and identify short, medium and long term opportunities to achieve our vision. In partnership with the designer of your team, you will lead the explorations and discovery activities to imagine and prototype the best possible products.

You will be responsible for monitoring and providing visibility on product and usage with the business, data and tech teams and coordinating the efforts across teams. 

Who are you?

• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do attitude
• You are results-oriented and obsessed with having impact
• Your make decisions based on data, and have a strong analytical background
• You have more than 3 years of product experience in established tech companies
• You know how to articulate a product vision and unite a team around it.
• You have excellent communications skills, and you enjoy bringing people together around the vision you carry
• You are in love with ergonomics, UX and well-designed products.
• You know how to evolve in a company in its very strong growth phase.
