Job Description

As Social Media Manager you will be working with the Head of Marketing Germany to engage our community on a 360 scope: you will embody our B2C target - the students - and our B2B target - the HR community. Your main goal is to ensure Jobteaser becomes a brand loved by our students and our clients. Aligned with the global editorial chart, you find impactful messages to deliver and boost students' and customers’ engagement towards our brand and product. You lead and execute content planning, copywriting and community management through multiple communication channels (emailing, social media, partnerships).

We will expect from you to:

 

  • Define and execute the B2C social media strategy (Instagram, Linkedin, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Twitch). Build editorial calendar for each platform, plan the content production, program publications, report posts performance

  • Manage the communities of Jobteaser Germany on social media

  • Lead project management on 360 campaigns. Coordinate assets creation and ensure smooth execution across multiple platforms/ communication channels

  • Own the German communication plan and manage internal stakeholders’ requests 

  • Monitor competition communication and benchmark creative best practices

Qualifications

  • You have a proven record of a successful experience in social media (1-3 years experience)

  • You have a creative mindset and a good eye for design-related tasks

  • You have good copywriting skills to write and deliver impactful messages

  • You are proactive, autonomous and you are motivated to step up to different challenges
