Job Description

The main objective of the International Schools team is to raise awareness of JobTeaser amongst universities in several countries, to equip universities with the Career Center by JobTeaser, an innovative career platform to guide students and young graduates in their professional development and to make sure the universities and the students who join this European project are happy.

As a senior partnership developer in Belgium, your role would be to do this in your market – and to help us in our mission to become the leading platform in Europe and around the globe. You would also be building loyal partnerships with our university partners to make sure the Career Centers a success (traffic, student engagement, customer satisfaction etc).

You main tasks will be:

  • Identify university targets and create a lead pipeline in Belgium
  • Contact relevant decision-makers in universities and ensure awareness of the JobTeaser Career Center solution in a variety of creative ways
  • Present and demo the JobTeaser Career Center platform in meetings, webinars, and at conferences
  • Successfully convert leads to prospects and close (by implementing the platform)
  • Manage a portfolio of universities and ensure satisfaction
  • Follow-up of the relationship between JobTeaser and the university
  • Training and best practice sharing at universities
  • Maximising the success of the Career Center, including student engagement
  • Ensuring our 0% churn rate

Qualifications

  • Few years of experience in business development, start-up, consulting,...
  • Dutch mother tongue
  • Fluent in English (French would be a plus)
