Job Description

What is the main role of a Business Development representative at JobTeaser ? Part of the Sales Department, you are responsible for generating and identifying qualified sales leads. 

  • As the first interlocutor in the strategic understanding of the need of our prospects with great potential, you intervene at the beginning of the sales cycle to establish and develop strong relationships with all kind of companies
  • You lead prospection campaigns through emails and calls in order to detect new opportunities and feed the pipeline of the Business Developers with appointments.
  • You get in touch and commit our prospects by presenting our company and positioning your speech on an approach of advice toward their need for recruitment.
  • You stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricings 
  • You report to the Inside Sales Manager on activities and sales results.

Qualifications

  • You have ideally a first experience in a sales department or successful one on an Inside Sales position
  • Very pronounced taste for the developement of new business
  • Good communicator, enthusiastic, autonomous, proactive entrepreneurial, excellent state of mind, empathic, convincing
  • Result oriented, livened up by the taste of the challenge and the will to improve always our processes
  • Rigour in the reporting CRM required
  • Full professional fluency in English
