JobTeaser offers a large and complete portfolio of services for companies, helping them attracting & recruiting young talents through our innovative platform set up in top tier main universities in Europe.

This job is very strategic for JobTeaser because International growth is a massive challenge for JobTeaser in 2019, you’ll be in direct frontline as a Sales Manager.

Your main tasks will be to:

• Prospection

  • Define a database of potential future clients in Belgium

  • Manage to organise meetings with them

  • Convince them of using JobTeaser services

  • Close business deals

• Team management

• • Manage a team (1:1, weekly team meeting) of business developer

  • Hire  A-players 

  • Organise and implement processes

• Strategy

  • Define & Execute the strategy

  • Synchronise with the headquarters in Paris

5 years relevant experience (ex: business development, startup, consulting firm, …), management experience.

Business or Engineering degree with excellent grades

You are native from Belgium 

Empathetic relationship-builder who can quickly understand relevant structures in complex (academic) organizations and connect to people at all levels

A master networker

Have a deep interest in disruptive technologies and quickly see go-to-market possibilities

Self-driven and high-energy spirit

Excellent communications (orally and written)
