In our parisian offices and in the “Operations - Universities” team, the Customer Success will have for main mission to manage the central services related to our parner Universities and students on a dedicated market. He will design the best practices and will control their application. He will also mainly be the point of contact for our users with questions on the management of the Career Center.   

It’s a central position, where you will be in touch with many teams and it will allow you to get visibility internally and to have direct contacts with our clients.

Your profil:

• Curious, and a little bit geek, you are not afraid to dig to find the deep root of a bug and to reproduce it.

• Customer oriented, you answers to the questions of our end users by mail or phone and participate sometimes in training.

• Always looking for operational excellence, scalability is your main focus:

  • Improve the processes and be proactive in finding new ways of scaling team

  • Work on the launch and the continuous improvements of our tools

• Team Player, you will be the bridge between the south team i and the HQ in Paris

Young graduate with Business or Engineering degree, you are:

• Self-driven and high-energy spirit

• Excellent communications (orally and written)

• Rigorous

• Fluent in Spanish, and English or French
