JobTeaser.com is the first recruitment website to be directly integrated into the most prestigious business and engineering colleges offering our partner companies a unique platform for reaching out to their target candidates. For candidates, JobTeaser.com offers professional career guidance through some 2,000 informative videos (corporate videos, job presentation videos, etc.) as well as opportunities to find an internship or a job from a selection of more than 10,000 offers.

YOUR MISSIONS

The main mission of the Schools & Universities Team is to integrate the Career Center by JobTeaser.com in our partner establishments. The Career Center is a plug & play free career platform that helps the students and graduates all along their studies regarding their professional orientation and their intern / job search. Within the past 2 years, the Career Center has become the reference career platform in France, used by over 150 schools and universities. Our objective is to develop this platform abroad in different European countries.

Your main role will be to ensure that all our partner institutions are satisfied with the Career Center, throughout three principal missions:

Launch and follow up of the Career Center

• Integration of the Career Center in our new partner schools and universities
• Schools and universities training to use the platform
• Prepare the follow up meetings in our partner institutions

Customer assistance and relationship management

• Follow the relation with our partners, maintain a high level of satisfaction in every schools and universities that use the Career Center
• Answer to the users regarding the daily questions about the platfom

Product support

• Manage the users’ incoming emails regarding bugs issues, after gathering the right information with the different members of the team (technical team, product team, schools team, etc.)
• Handle the different adaptations and translations linked to the development of new features and products

In parallel, you will also help the Country Manager in his prospection missions, by providing him with the required tools in order to ensure the best preparation possible (presentations, Career Center demo, etc.).

• Become essential to our Schools and Universities in order to manage all their requests
• Be an important link between our internal team (product, sales and development teams) and our partners
