About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Smart Home Project Manager who has already held this role at another integrator or smart home company. This is not an entry-level role — we need a proven leader who can deliver multi-million-dollar luxury estates while also establishing the processes, procedures and standards that will guide our company into the future.
 
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale luxury smart home projects.
 - Partner with top-tier architects, designers, and builders to integrate technology seamlessly into design.
 - Create and implement processes, documentation, and standards for consistent excellence across projects.
 - Manage budgets, schedules, and resources with precision.
 - Mentor technicians and elevate project performance company-wide.
 
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience hed as a Smart Home Project Manager or Operations Leader at another integration firm.
 - 3+ years of hands-on AV/automation experience: lighting, shades, audio, video, networking.
 - Expertise with Savant, Crestron, and Control4.
 - Strong client-facing presence; experience with luxury estates or high-net-worth clientele preferred.
 - Proven ability to build and document processes and best practices.
 - A detail-obsessed, solutions-driven leader who thrives in dynamic, creative environments.
 
 
 Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $100K- $110K++/year DOE
