We are is seeking an Installation Coordinator responsible for scheduling installations with technicians and subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring timely communication between clients and the installation team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and follow up on project statuses to ensure successful completion of installations.

• Schedule installations with technicians and subcontractors

• Maintain and monitor project schedules and work hours

• Follow up on key actions and decisions from meetings

• Assist with forecasting and generate purchase orders for subcontractors

• Track equipment and coordinate with internal teams for verification

• Adjust project schedules based on delays or changes

• Follow up with field teams to ensure timely job closures

• Send updates to project stakeholders on open installations

• Ensure proper job sign-offs and completion of close-out documentation

• Update CRM with completed installation work orders

• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and changes

• Participate in construction and coordination calls as needed

• Experience in the Physical Security Industry 

• 2+ year of experience in a similar coordination or scheduling role

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet (or similar tools)

• Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills
