We’re looking for a Marketing, Content & Social Media Manager (or agency partner) who can take full ownership of our content calendar and lead campaign execution across channels. The ideal fit brings a balance of strategic organization (managing campaigns and calendars) and creative execution (design, storytelling, short-form video).
Job Description
Whether individual or agency, you’ll manage our end-to-end content calendar and ensure that campaigns, social media, blogs, and email activities ladder up to a cohesive plan. You’ll also produce creative content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter/X—with a strong focus on design, Reels/short-form video, and storytelling from SMB customer experiences.
What You’ll Do
Content Calendar & Campaigns
Build and manage a unified content and campaign calendar.
Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer teams to align activities.
Ensure content deadlines and deliverables are met across all channels.
Social Media Management & Storytelling
Own Bench by Mainstreet’s social presence across all major platforms.
Create content that tells business owner success stories and highlights our value.
Produce and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
Creative & Design Execution
Ideate, design, and deliver visually compelling creative assets.
Use tools like Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or Figma for graphics, carousels, and video editing.
Maintain brand voice and visual identity consistently across content.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with sales, customer success, and product teams to source stories, insights, and milestones.
Translate internal wins and partnerships into external-facing campaigns.
Performance & Reporting
Monitor engagement, reach, and conversion across content and campaigns.
Provide regular insights and recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years in marketing, content, or social media management (or agency equivalent).
Proven success managing multi-channel social media and content campaigns.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design eye, creativity, and short-form video skills.
Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing ability.
Proficiency with creative/design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Figma, etc.).
Highly organized, collaborative, and able to balance strategy + execution.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience working with SMBs, SaaS, or fintech.
Exposure to paid social campaigns and analytics.
Photography, video production, or motion design experience.
