As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will act as a strategic partner for candidates, recruiters, and interviewers in achieving our hiring goals. Your role will be critical in helping ensure candidates have a positive interviewing experience. This role is fully remote and a three-month contract.

What will you do?

● Schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers using GoodTime, a scheduling automation system

● Deliver a remarkable candidate experience
● Direct incoming recruiting-related communications with recruiter, interviewers and candidates in a timely manner
● Connect with the team and stakeholders to ensure alignment and process accuracy

•  Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and work ethic when dealing with a high volume.

• Must live in Bogota, Columbia.

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English

• 2+ years of recruiting coordination experience.

•   Are extremely organized and proactive with follow-ups

• Have strong communication and professional writing skills

• Have a proven track record of success in previous roles/internships

• Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Coordination

• Use of either GoodTime or Greenhouse is a bonus
