Job Description

The Impact You'll Make:

We are looking for a strategic, research-driven Sales Development Representative to join the Makeree Platform team.  

Unliked traditional volume-based SDR roles, this position focuses on deep account research, stakeholder mapping, and personalized outreach to high value prospects. You will identify opportunities, open doors with senior decision-makers, and lay the groundwork for long-term partnerships.

Makeree is a B2B SaaS platform that helps consumer brands transform static product instructions into interactive, digital experiences. Our tools spark customer engagement, unlock data insights, and open new sales opportunities – bringing traditional industries into the digital age. 

What you'll do:

  • Identify and deeply research target accounts, including industry context, company strategy, and relevant decision-makers 
  • Track and report key metrics such as meaningful response rate, meetings booked with senior stakeholders, and conversion from prospect to qualified opportunity 
  • Collaborate with marketing on account-based campaigns and event-driven outreach 
  • Craft personalized multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) tailored to each account’s business priorities 
  • Maintain a disciplined CRM process with clear notes, next steps and account data 
  • Participate in select industry events (2-4 per year), support pre- and post-event outreach  
  • Introduce and build scalable processes for future additions to the Makeree’s clients portfolio 
  • Support leadership by preparing insights on accounts before meetings and events 

Qualifications

  • 3‑5+ years in B2B SDR / Lead Generation / Business Development roles, preferably in SaaS or tech with demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding targets; 
  • Strong research skills – ability to digest industry reports, company data and requirements, market signals and movements 
  • Proven success with personalized outreach  
  • Mindset focused on quality pipeline creation over activity volume 
  • Strong written, spoken English and verbal communication, ability to craft messages, get attention, articulate value proposition, comfortable with cold outreach 
  • Self‑motivated, resilient (able to handle rejection), results‑driven, high energy and persistence, proactive mindset, strong ownership
