Job Description

Purpose

JetSuiteX does not just move passengers from point A to point B, our customers get where they want to be effortlessly, and refreshed. We don't just move the customer, we move their soul. The Airport Service Concierge team owns the entire customer experience at the airport, and because of this the concierge must have a never ending hunger to build a consistent, safe and joyful experience for each and every customer.


Outcomes and Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with our customers to serve from the heart, anticipate their needs to provide a personalized experience unlike any other travel experience. 
  • Manage and facilitate check in, boarding and baggage management with error free accuracy. 
  • Verify customer Identification in accordance with all regulatory and company requirements to ensure federal and secure flight compliancy.
  •  Ensuring customers experience a flawless trip the concierge team must execute clear communication with the downline stations and flight crews in a timely manner.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to play well with others and must be willing to receive and offer directions to team members with grace.
  • The concierge team must be JetSuiteX brand ambassadors at all times when working, be it face to face with customers or when call taking by efficiently and professionally assisting our customers via phone calls or emails.
  • To ensure our customers have an effortless and seamless experience we must ensure the amenities and space for our customers is in tip top shape.

Qualifications

Functional Competencies:

  • Articulate and polished both verbally and visually.
  • Knowledge of computer systems such as google business, Microsoft Office
  • Computer Savvy
Required Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years Customer Service

Preferred Education & Experience

  • 4 year college degree
  • 2 years Aviation or Airline/Airport operation experience
  • Travel industry experience
  • Customer Service experience working with high end clients

Basic Requirements

  • Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, lifting and extended periods of standing
  • Clean driving and arrest record.
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, holidays and weekends
  • Participate in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with DOT and FAA guidelines

Licenses & Designations

  • Valid Drivers License
