Job Description

1 Lombard street is a European brasserie situated in the heart of the city.

It Was opened 20 years ago and keeps being the leading restaurant in the city.

We are currently looking for a Pastry Chef to join our busy team.

The successful Pastry chef must have previous experience running a busy section on a daily basis.

Must be ambitious ,energetic and passionate about the job.

Be able to work independently, producing dishes agreed with the Head chef

Must have previous experience in a high volume establishment.

The above role is to work with the Head and Sous Chefs in menu planning and develop new dishes and running the pastry section on a daily basis.

Duties include:

- Production for the menu and events

-Managing staff

- Ordering and stock rotation

- Making sure all procedures in your section is in line with the company’s Food safety rules.

- Developing dishes alongside the Head chef
