As CFO, you lead our global finance divisions. You'll:

• Be a key business partner to the CEO and the Board.
• Serve on the senior leadership team, helping to develop and execute organization wide strategies.
• Oversee overall organizational performance management, developing a robust set of metrics, systems and dashboards to track and manage performance relative to goals.
• Manage a Finance team, building a staff to ensure the execution of operational finance (management of accounts payable and receivable, funds tracking, etc.).
• Serve as the organizational leader managing Finance, supporting senior management and the board through strategic planning, financial modeling, and data-driven analysis.

• A track record of success leading a finance department as well as legal and strategic planning. Previous oversight of human resources and benefits management is a plus.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the intellectual depth and maturity to work with the CEO and senior leadership team, board members, and staff.
• Strong financial fluency, with the demonstrated ability to specify the financial analyses required to support strategic decision-making and use financial indicators to manage organizational performance.
• Proven ability to guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures in accordance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong technology contract experience, including an understanding of intellectual property issues.
