Reporting to our Post Production Director, we're looking for a hands-on producer to provide video post-production experience in our production team. You will work as part of a global team and manage localization/adaptation video projects across a variety of clients. Ensuring the seamless delivery of projects that meet our clients' ambition, production values, and commercial targets.

Main Responsibilities

• Work with our Post Production Director and other producers within Jellyfish to develop and embed best practice across the team.
• Work closely with account management teams to ensure projects are delivered, on brief, on time, and budget.
• Support in building the current post-production processes.
• Share your experience to develop the skills of the wider team.
• Embed a commercially minded culture and support the team to maximize all commercial opportunities.
• Reflect the agency's values.
• Develop client relationships and support retention and development

• 4+ years of experience in post-production, with at least 2 years focused on localization.
• Spanish and English proficiency.
• Excellent knowledge of broadcast/post production workflows.
• Experience of business affairs/TV admin.
• Experience providing excellent client service.
• Prioritize across several projects, managing time and resources according to each production's requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure calmly and effectively, and to tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite – Premiere / Photoshop/ After Effects etc
• Knowledge of TV formats, codecs, and audio standards.
• Industry relationships / Talent black book.
