Job Description

Reporting to our Client Partner and the Managing Director in the Netherlands, you'll create impact within our Client Management Team. We take pride in our global client portfolio and our proprietary technology, setting us apart in the industry.

You'll use your expertise to guide client success and foster lasting relationships with our second biggest global client.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Lead important client accounts, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and expanding our network within client organisations.
  • Coordinate our client with the Paid Media and Investment Analytics teams across several digital accounts.
  • Hold Quarterly Business Reviews, developing comprehensive briefs to address their pain points and providing strategic insights.
  • Provide oversight of the current client portfolio while guiding growth activities through documented Account Growth Plans, and collaborate with department leads to pursue new opportunities.
  • Manage commercial targets and ensure resources for our client's projects.
  • Guide the team in delivering the desired goals, identifying and addressing any gaps to ensure excellent client management standards are upheld.
  • Implement Client Management best practices across client teams.
  • Monitor client health indicators such as Net Profit Contribution (NPC) and Net Promoter Score (NPS), taking proactive actions to improve them with the support of the Project Manager.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in a client-facing role.
  • You must be fluent in German and English.
  • Proficiency in working across multiple digital capabilities to support complex multi-brand clients.
  • Experience working with clients in the retail, beauty or luxury industries
  • Advance use of Excel (you can read, maintain and interpret complex spreadsheets).
  • You'll be super organised with the ability to keep projects moving at the right tempo.
  • Familiarity with different commercial models.
  • You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
  • When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
  • You embrace challenges as opportunities and seek feedback to enhance your skills.
