Job Description

We are looking for an Creative Project Manager to join our team, handling all Project Management responsibilities for our client - a well-known streaming platform. Reporting to our VP Production, you will work with the Creative, Social Content, Design and Client Management teams ensuring that all production streams are on track. You will manage the scoping and briefing process, and the smooth running of the projects through to delivery.

You will have expertise on organic social media campaign delivery of varying size and complexity, especially for high profile entertainment and tech brands that cater to young audiences. You will be suited to applicants coming from a Creative Studio/Creative Agency background.

This is a temporary contract position from September 2024 through to April 2025. This is a hybrid role (can be remote depending on location) and can be based in Germany, the UK, NL or Spain.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Build budgets for social media campaigns with oversight from a senior team member
  • Manage delivery timelines for the campaigns
  • Provide daily support for teams delivering projects: organise meetings when needed, prompt internal and external follow ups
  • Manage campaign budgets and create monthly pacing reports to ensure budget health
  • Nurture a positive, collaborative working relationships with company partners through regular communication
  • Raise PO's to third-party suppliers as managed and briefed, and approve invoices against budget reconciliations

Qualifications

  • Fluency in German and business-level written and speaking English.
  • At least two years experience working in a social media content environment with experience managing the delivery of a social media campaign from brainstorming to final delivery
  • Experience working with digital marketing and production, design and video editing practitioners.
  • Experience working with different types of social media formats (stills, GIFs, video (Short and long-form) and VR/AR) and trending content themes on the core social media platforms used in the EMEA
  • Experience working with entertainment and broadcasting brands, pop and internet culture.
  • Commercial awareness and the understanding of how to scope for the resource required to deliver a social campaign
  • Understanding of young audiences, with a focus on Gen Z and YA.
