Job Description

Reporting to our VP Paid Media, the Paid Media Manager will work with our appointed digital partner and take accountability of the performance of paid media campaigns. These responsibilities are further broken down below:

  • Basic to advanced implementation of campaigns on multiple paid media platforms, including DV360, CM360, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and others, in addition to performing or assisting in validation/audits on campaigns of the same team.
  • Measurement expertise on their platforms to identify poor implementations and areas of opportunity to improve campaign results.
  • Help develop Paid Media strategies, including Programmatic and Paid Social, which address the goals of the client and will help us achieve their goals and KPIs.
  • Ensure that audits and research are used to deliver insight-driven/data-driven strategies.
  • Work with internal and Client Service teams to help with the smooth implementation of work.
  • Lead key campaign meetings (internal & client-facing) to represent the paid media team and provide support and actionable next steps when relevant.
  • Project managing all activity and processes required to proficiently run and create campaigns. Produce reports and studies that explain the rationale for optimization methodologies throughout campaigns.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the marketplace and social landscape to ensure delivery of the best campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with partners and communicate account strategy, budgets, and performance.
  • Demonstrate measurable success through the achievement of set KPIs. e.g., account turnover and profitability, campaign management, report generation, analysis, and, above all, strategic insights.
  • Manage the daily relationships with wider account teams, advertising partners, and colleagues.
  • Upskill other members of the team, where required, on best practice paid media campaign execution. Support the wider team to improve their understanding of paid media. Share best practice and knowledge with wider teams through lunch and learns, or other learning opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing paid media accounts
  • Certifications within Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Apps, Display, and Video).
  • Knowledge of DV360, CM360, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or other major paid media platforms.
