Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with business leaders and Capability cross-functional teams to offer strategic direction on multiple talent-related topics.
• Identify and handle employee relations quickly and sensitively, exercising good judgment and discretion.
• Leverage data and insights to facilitate meaningful talent management discussions with people leaders at all levels of the organization.
• Comfortable with navigating ambiguity with autonomy, and taking ownership in determining the next step forward in alignment with organizational philosophy.
• Become a trusted resource for employees (across all assigned locations)
• Coach managers on performance management, feedback, employee development, and career pathing.
• Involvement in cultural initiatives that directly impact our culture.
• Demonstrate flexibility and promptnesses in undertaking ad hoc projects as assigned.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• In-depth experience dealing with complex employee relations cases, with the ability to interpret and explain employment law.
• 5+ years of experience in the role of an HR Manager or Business Partner
• Commercial and negotiation awareness

• Experience developing innovative HR procedures to improve performance and avoid disputes.
• Willingness to help implement global and local projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic our goals.
