The salary range for this position is $90,000-110,000

We are looking to add a Senior Art Director within our Creative & Experience team, who will spearhead the creative vision and uphold the artistic integrity of our projects. Reporting to the VP of Creative, you will be at the heart of a collaborative ecosystem, where innovation and expertise meet to set new benchmarks in creative excellence. Your leadership will not only shape the visual and conceptual direction of Jellyfish's creative projects but also solidify our standing as storytellers in both the US and global markets. You will lead the charge in developing inspiring, impactful work that not only elevates our clients but also cements Jellyfish's reputation as a bastion of creative innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Mentor a diverse team of visual designers and video editors, fostering a culture of creativity, professional growth and ensuring impeccable execution across multiple media and platforms.
• Craft a distinct and authentic identity for Jellyfish, showcasing our commitment to inspiring, thought-provoking work in the digital and creative spheres.
• Identify and seize growth opportunities for our accounts by aligning with our ethos of courage and purpose in creativity.
• Be a creative beacon in pitches, guiding conceptual direction, inspiring teams, and ensuring our creative proposals are unmatched in originality and execution.
• Oversee Creative Outputs; specifically, ensuring that designs, graphics, and multimedia content align with briefs and exceed quality standards.
• Oversee project timelines, from concept to completion, guaranteeing delivery and budget adherence.
• Serve as the main creative point for clients, presenting ideas and incorporating feedback.
• Develop strategies to boost brand engagement, informed by industry trends and consumer insights.
• Maintain high creative standards that adherence to brand guidelines.

• At least 8 years of significant experience in creative roles within the agency environment, showcasing a history of elevating major brands through art and design.
• A robust portfolio displaying a breadth of creative projects, exemplifying your ability to dream and design big, bold, and beautiful.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams outputting exceptional creative work, with a special focus on mastering both static and motion design.
• Expertise in conceptualizing and realizing integrated campaigns that engage and captivate across diverse media and channels.
• A proven ability to nurture a creative atmosphere, encouraging brainstorming and discussion that leads to groundbreaking ideas.
• A nuanced understanding of audience behaviors and preferences, ensuring that each creative execution offers extraordinary experiences.
