Reporting to our VP Creative, you will work across our core creative output on Spanish platforms, ecosystems and channels. You'll lead and respond to briefs in strategic, exciting ways - knowing the best methods to inspire and accomplish creative excellence out of the brief - plus the strategic, content and design teams around you. We're looking for our next minds to help take our Creative activity in Spain to the next level.

From brief to pitch to delivery, you'll concept, create, collaborate with and deliver, bold ideas, creative strategies and content rollouts - producing the best campaign activity.

You'll be our client contact for these exciting campaigns, lighting up a room (or Zoom) with your energy and personality. Whether it's pitching creative for a shiny new brand or product, developing the creative activity for the year ahead, or checking in with the client mid-way through production to make sure the work being delivered is to the highest standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Big and bold pitch / campaign thinking; concept, develop, and make the work for some of the world's very best brands.
• You'll lead the creative development process from start to finish, creating award-winning, brave platform-first creative proposals.
• Develop original campaign concepts to take integrated and digital briefs (from social to display, DOOH to digital experience, PR) in exciting directions.
• Collaborate with the strategy, content, design and client teams
• You will provide culture-first, creative brainstorming and execution on active projects and work within your region.
• Ensure we are delivering the very best work possible to develop and push our partners (and each other) into inspiring new spaces and places.
• You'll employ growth strategies to open up new avenues of creativity with current and prospective clients.

• Native Spanish and fluency in English, internally and with clients.
• Passion for all things creativity, social, entertainment and pop culture
• An understanding of their local nuances in Spain and LATAM.
• You're comfortable ideating and developing ideas for a range of integrated platforms - from tiktok to TV.
• Excellent culture references. You'll know exactly what's trending right now. And where we're going with AI.
• 8+ years experience in creative agencies with a portfolio packed with culture-first campaigns.
• Understanding of varied audiences in market.
• Strategic understanding of building communities, especially for brands, and an understanding of fandom communities in social spaces.
• Your book will be filled with campaign work for entertainment brands, and you'll be immersed in digital culture, pop culture, and know what's resonating, right now, at a local level.
