The salary range for this position is $60,000-75,000.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Emmy Award winning team, working with one of our exciting (new) partners - one of the world's leading streaming services and a high profile, high value brand.

We are looking for a Social Content Manager with knowledge across all social media platforms and an understanding of how brands can use social media to engage audiences online. You'll be someone with experience leading on organic and paid campaigns at a national level working with a variety of partners. You'll have an established creator network and can work with and brief creators and makers for social outputs. This position reports to our Social Content Director.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Contribute to the development of the social media presence of our clients, helping grow reach and engagement for their social channels with excellent creative and strategy.
• You will work with our internal strategy, creative and analytics teams and our client partners to deliver always on social content and creator content.
• Contribute to the creation and management of content calendars for organic assets, and creating copy with oversight from the team.
• Experience contracting creators to develop content for social media: static assets, short and long-form video (Reels, TikTok and longer scripted pieces), GIPHY stickers, GIFs, and memes.
• Work with our internal creative, content, production teams and client partners to understand creator needs and build talent pools and contracts.
• Work with the Production and Project Management team to ensure delivery of our projects on time and budget.
• Understand internal processes, including developing content briefs, building timing plans, content calendars, live working documents, and contracts.
• Remain up to date with the new trends on social media and translate this to several clients in a relevant way.

• 3+ years experience building content on behalf of a brand.
• 2+ years of experience managing creators on behalf of a brand.
• Experience using Sprinklr.
• Experience building audiences and increasing engagement.
• Someone who is comfortable talking with clients and talent alike.You'll be passionate about and understand mainstream social media audiences, beauty and pop culture.
• Have an excellent understanding of social media platforms: Meta (Instagram, Facebook), YouTube, Twitter and TikTok.
• Have an excellent understanding of all social media platforms.
• Must be a team player, and be able to wear different hats.
• Experience working in a creative / social media agency.
